We are expanding our team and are now looking for 2 preschool teachers, 1 for Idyllen and 1 for Zodiaken. Both preschools are part of Tivoli Förskolor AB.

We offer you the opportunity as a preschool teacher to lead, influence, and participate in the ongoing development process together with the principal.

About the preschool Idyllen:

Idyllen offers a rural preschool located in the countryside, with forests and nature nearby, as well as a large inviting yard that provides good conditions for movement and play. We are a medium-sized preschool with about 35 children, large spacious premises divided into departments; Sunflower, Anemones, and Coltsfoot. At Idyllen, we have our own chef who prepares the daily meals. At Idyllen, we believe in the competent child, where we offer children various tools and resources to develop in their learning, all based on the children's needs, interests, and conditions. We offer several meeting places, both indoors and outdoors, where teaching takes place in smaller groups, focusing on allowing children to try and explore individually, together, and with the support of co-researching educators. At Idyllen, everyone should be met with joy, engagement, and professionalism.

Our vision is that children should be offered a fun, safe, inclusive, and equitable education with play, development, and values in focus! Every child should feel joy and meaning in our preschool.

About the preschool Zodiaken:

Zodiaken is the small preschool that believes in the competent child and wants to provide children with the tools to succeed in their learning. This is achieved by giving each child time and space to explore in an environment that feels safe for them. Everyone should feel welcomed with us. We offer teaching where learning occurs through personal experimentation and exploration, in smaller groups where each child is seen and heard. Zodiaken provides a solid foundation for lifelong learning and future education.

All children have the right to education where their best interests are always prioritized. We draw inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which is an approach that encourages belief in one's own abilities, diversity, solidarity, and cooperation. The philosophy is in constant renewal and develops in line with the children's needs as a starting point. The educators at Zodiaken are co-creators and seek knowledge together with the children.
